Sources have suggested that if a big enough bid came from outside the 4 shortlisted groups, then it still could be presented to Chelsea.
There is NO suggestion currently anyone is preparing that tho, with Todd Boehly’s consortium, considered the favorites
Raine and Chelsea have told shortlisted bidders that they would prefer them to refrain from making bold public statements or promises or trying to win fan favor through the media.
