Thomas Partey To Undergo Scans This Week

Thomas Partey is set to undergo scans this week to ascertain the injury he suffered in Arsenal’s 3-0 defeat to Crystal Palace on Monday night.

Partey limped off in what is believed to be a tight injury and was substituted on the 75 minutes.

The Ghana international is yet to undergo scans to know the extent of days he will be on the sidelines.

Arteta is now sweating on Partey’s replacement in the next crucial matches his side are faced with.

After the game, Arteta said: “He felt something in the same area that he got injured previously, it’s a big concern.”

Partey has been an instrumental figure in the Arsenal team as he’s made 26 appearances across all competitions for the Gunners this season.
