Support Nana Yaw Amponsah to succeed – Former board chairman charges fans

Former board chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Mr Herbert Mensah has charged fans of the club to support the current CEO of the club, Nana Yaw Amponsah to succeed.
According to Mr Mensah, Nana Yaw Amponsah is doing a great job after taking up the position and he calls for maximum cooperation and support from everyone around the club for him to succeed.

“Kotoko CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah is doing a  fantastic job. Everybody should support what he’s doing. Kotoko has almost won the league. I predicted it at the beginning of the season. They must not be complacent as the season draws to a close.  Aduana Stars will be coming here to seek revenge since we defeated them in Dormaa  in the reverse fixture”, he told Akakpo Agodji on Nationalist TV.

Herbert Mensah was appointed board chair of Asante Kotoko between 1999 and 2003 and he currently heads the Ghana Rugby association.

Asante Kotoko are currently leading the Ghana premier league with 55points and will welcome Aduana Stars to the Baba Yara Sports stadium on Sunday.
