The Ghana Premier League Matchday 28 clash between Bechem United and Accra Hearts of Oak has ended in a 1-1 draw at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour park in Bechem.
Francis Acquah pounced on a lose ball and blasted from a close range to give Bechem United an early lead in the 30th minute.
The phobians who came with the determination to earn a victory grabbed the equaliser in the added time of the first half through Suraj Seidu.
The young midfielder lifted the ball past the goalkeeper into the net to restore parity from a well calculated pass from Frederick Ansah Botchway.
The draw means Hearts of Oak will still maintain the 3rd position on the log with 44points in 28games.
Bechem United on the other hand are also 2nd behind Kotoko who leads them with 8points with a game at hand against Aduana Stars tomorrow.
Accra Hearts of Oak will host Bibiani Goldstars at the Accra sports stadium on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 whiles Bechem United visits Real Tamale United on matchday 29 in Tamale.
