Richard Senanu begins training with teammates

Asante Kotoko defensive midfielder Richard Senanu has begun training after a year on the sidelines due to injury.

Richard Senanu who was sidelined due to a crucial ligament tore was pictured training yesterday with his teammates at the Adako Jachie training grounds after training separately for some time.

Richard Senanu suffered the injury Asante Kotoko’s CAF confederation campaign in February 2019 and was sent to Germany in June for treatment.

Richard Senanu expressed his happiness on his return “I am very happy to have participated in this drill with the rest of the squad,”

With his return, coach Maxwell Konadu will have a lot of options in the midfield as they are still in pursuit of the 2019/2020 Ghana premier league title.
