5 National Democratic Congress (NDC) who will be contesting for the 2020 election for the member of parliament, have decided to come together and renovate the dejected Sekondi Gyandu Park which is part of the historical landmarks of Western Region according to reports.
The Sekondi Gyandu Park which once upon a time was a venue of big games in the country have been left to its faith as a lot have termed it as a death trap to the extent of the Ghana Football Association Club Licencing Committee rejecting as a venue to host league games.
But it seems faith has smiled on Sekondi Gyandu Park as 5 NDC gurus are willing to come together and renovate it.
They are Mr. Micheal Otoo who will be contending for the seat of Member of Parliament for Effia constituency, Mr. Charles Hagan (Panya) who will be contending for seat of the member of parliament for Sekondi, Lawyer Fiifi Buckman who is contending for the seat of member of parliament for Kwesimintsim, Lawyer Frederick Faidoo who is contending for the seat of the member of parliament for Takoradi and Dr. Grace Ayensu who is contending for the seat of the member of parliament for Essikado/Ketan.
