Real Madrid believe Jude Bellingham will become ‘complete midfielder’

Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder Jude Bellingham is one of a number of youngsters who are being eyed by Real Madrid.

The 18-year-old has impressed audiences all over Europe since his move to BVB from boyhood club Birmingham City in 2020.

And Bellingham is among several players who appear on the front page of Saturday’s edition of Spanish newspaper Marca as Real Madrid continue to scour the globe for young talent.

There seems to be a particular interest from the Santiago Bernabeu in Bellingham as Real chiefs believe he will become ‘the complete midfielder’.

Beyond Bellingham, Real are also keeping close tabs on Monaco sensation Aurelien Tchouameni. 90min recently revealed that Chelsea remain in the driving seat to land the France international this summer, however.

Leicester City’s Wesley Fofana – who has yet to feature this term after suffering a broken leg in pre-season – is also on Real’s radar as they finally go about trying to replace Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane in the transfer market.

Chelsea target Jules Kounde is another defender they’ve been linked with but he is not mentioned in this report, and 90min understands he, like his compatriot Tchouameni, is likely to end up at Stamford Bridge.

Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz and Palmeiras’ Endrick are the two other stars to feature on Saturday’s spread.

The former has racked up five goals and nine assists in 17 Bundesliga games so far this campaign, while the latter is still only 15-years-old but has already broken into the Brazilian side’s first team.
