Kotoku Royals drew with Real Tamale United on match week 27 in the Betpawa premier league at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu on Saturday afternoon.
The home side failed to better their chance of beating the drop in the league as nothing worked for them on the day.
The Northern Blues came into the game to deny Kotoku a home win and thanks to compact football they achieved just that.
Neither team failed to generate the momentum needed to pull out victory on the day. Both halves lacked clear goal scoring opportunities.
RTU looked the happier side after the centre referee brought proceedings to an end.
RTU earned a vital point which has moved them to the 10th spot on 36 points. On the other hand Kotoku Royals face an uphill task to beat the drop.
