Kenpong Academy Trio Heads to FC Bastia

Three promising talents from the Kenpong Football Academy have embarked on a transformative journey to FC Bastia in France.

Richard Okyere, a poised midfielder known for his precision, Bossman Afirim Debra, a forward player brimming with raw talent, and Abdul Razak Nuhu, a stalwart defender with unwavering resolve, are the trio representing their academy on foreign soil.

Their departure signifies a pivotal moment in the collaborative venture between Kenpong and FC Bastia, a partnership aimed at nurturing and honing the potential of young Ghanaian footballers.

This journey is the first in a series of foreign training programmes designed to complement the local training efforts at the Academy. The programme is focused on further developing players to enhance their value for future transfers abroad.

As they step onto foreign soil, they carry not only the hopes and aspirations of their academy but also those of an entire nation that believes fervently in football’s ability to transcend boundaries.

The Kenpong Football Academy, established recently in Winneba, focuses on training and developing young football talents to thrive in the dynamic and competitive global football environment.

This maiden trip abroad for players marks the beginning of regular training programs aimed at advancing the skills and development of Academy players.
