Joseph Tetteh Zutah renews Medeama contract amid heart of oak interest

Joseph Tetteh Zutah has ignored Hearts of Oaks interest to extend his contract with Medeama SC for another year and a half which will see him stay with the club until at least 2021 with an option to extend.

According to media reports, Hearts of oak were on the verge of signing the Medeama captain but Joseph has decided to extend his stay with the Tarkwa based side.

Medeama SC are leading the Ghana Premier League table with 30 points with Accra Hearts of Oak sitting in the 9th position with 21 points.

“I have been with this great club for many years and have the institutional memory of how things work here.”

“We have a great crop of talented players who are determined to make a name for themselves and the club,he said after signing stated after his contract extension.
