Black Queens return to action today

The Black Queens will be in action today as they take on Senegal in an international friendly at the Accra Sports Stadium.

New Black Queens coach Nora Huptle is looking to build a formidable team as she continues to prepare for the West African Football Union and Women African Cup of nations.

Senegal previously suffered a 3-0 defeat to the Black Queens on Saturday. Gifty Assifuah broke the deadlock for Ghana before Grace Asantewaa doubled the lead after 7 minutes. Gifty Assifuah made it three for Ghana in added time just before the end of the first half.

Today’s meeting will be gate free, kick off is at exactly 4pm.
