With the assistance of top Tunisian manager Mouine Chaabani, CAF Competitions Director Samson Adamu conducted the draw.

QF 1: Al Ahly SC (Egypt) – Raja CA (Morocco)

QF 2: ES Setif (Algeria) – Espérance Tunis (Tunisia)

QF 3: CR Belouizdad (Algeria) – Wydad AC (Morocco)

QF 4 : Petro Atletico (Angola) – Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa)

SEMIFINALS

SF 1: Winner QF 1 – Winner QF 2

SF 2: Winner QF 4 – Winner QF 3

The quarter final matches will be played from 17 April 2022 to 24 April 2022 and will continue the Semi-finals from 8 May 2022  and the final on to 15 May 2022.
