AFCON 2021: Andre Ayew is available for selection- Coach Milovan Rajevac

Ghana head coach, Milovan Rajevac, has confirmed the availability of captain Andre Ayew for the big game against Gabon on Friday.

The skipper who sustained an injury in the head was rested during the team’s training on Wednesday to facilitate his recovery.

Black Stars who are searching for their first win in the tournament will be on a pride restoration mission as they lock horns against Gabon on Friday.

In their quest to reform their fate in the tournament coach Milovan has quelled the fear of the 32-year old absence in tomorrow’s crunchy duel.

He picked a knock in the first game, had some stitches but he is fine. He is available for selection for tomorrow’s game. We are going all out for a win and all the players are available for selection. As for who starts or sits on the bench I wouldn’t want to talk about that.”

Ghana must pass the Gabon test to intensify their knockout qualification desire.
