Zubairu Ibrahim Is Better Than any Striker In The Black Stars – Alhaji Gurusah

Still leaving in ecstasy after hammering Kumasi Krobea Asante Kotoko by three goals to two in match week 6 of the Ghana premier league 2021/22 season last weekend at the Baba Yara sports stadium, Alhaji Gurusah says the hatrick goal scorer, Zubairu Ibrahim is quite better than any other striker for now in the Black stars.

Speaking to Juliet Bawah on TV3’s GPL Express early today, the Bank roller, as was quiz by the former which local player does he think would fit into the Black stars setup for now, immediately suggest his young chab Zubairu Ibrahim as the one having a quantum of intelligence and perhaps deserves a national team call up.

“Zubairu Ibrahim is an intelligence player, no other striker in the Black stars currently is fast more than him” He said while making a clear emphasis of the second goal the lad scored against their city rivals.

Meanwhile, he did not hesitate adding to the conversation that Great Olympics is also the other club having a good striker so far after matchday six of the GPL. That he did not mention name but owing to the goal king chart, it’s clear he was pointing Maxwell Abbey Quaye.

Pushing King Faisal to the second spot with 13 point after a hatrick of goals against Kotoko, he’ Zubairu has become the youngest ever to score a hatrick against the Porcupine warriors.

King Faisal will welcome Elmina Sharks to the Baba Yara sports stadium in match week 7.
