We won on merit- Eleven Wonders PRO debunks match fixing allegations

Public relations officer of Techiman Eleven Wonders, Ali Mohammed has debunked allegations of match fixing in their Ghana premier league matchday 25 encounter that saw them come from a two goals down to defeat Bechem United.

Speaking to Akooma FM, Ali confirmed that the club won based on their effort and not related to anything of match fixing.
According to Ali, it’s unfair for Ghanaians to accuse them of match fixing after praising Real Madrid for same incident when they also completed a come back over Sevilla in the Spanish La Liga on Sunday.

“We didn’t play any fixed match, we won on merit. Has anyone accused Real Madrid for their comeback against Seville? When credit is due, let’s give it to the boys, instead of discrediting their effort”.

“I will be lying if i state that i have not heard of fixed matches in the league but i don’t have any evidence to that effect. Eleven Wonders will never play any match of convenience with any club”, he added.

Eleven Wonders defeated Bechem United by 3:2 at the Nana Ameyaw park in Techiman and will be visiting the Duns park to play Bibiani Goldstars on matchday 26.
