SEKONDI MARATHON: Who Wins The 2nd Edition

Sekondi-Takoradi Marathon have been scheduled for 26 December 2021 in Takoradi. The second edition of the marathon will fall on Sunday and it will be the first-ever road race event in Ghana which will be held in Ghana for over a decade now. 2021 Sekondi-Takoradi Marathon Edition date confirmed by the organizers.

The Sekondi-Takoradi Marathon was the first certified road race event in Ghana to use an electronic timing system. The STM is a full half marathon and the starting point will be from the Essippong Sports Stadium – beachside road – the principal streets of Takoradi and finish at Amanful which will cover a 22km route.

Under the organisation of leading marathon organisers in Ghana; Medivents Consult in partnership with local partners Total Marketing and Tours Limited (TTML) seeks to deliver one of the best marathons in the country.

They will be expecting over 1,200+ participants including professional athletes and athletes from the security services, race lovers, and keep fit clubs all over the country including international athletes are expected to compete for the ultimate prize coming 26 December 2021.
