Rumuor – Habib Mohammed to join Accra Hearts Of Oak

Asante Kotoko mildfieder- cum center back Habib Mohammed, report suggest is likely to join arc nemesis Hearts Of Oak in the coming days.

The former ex Ghana Youth international recall is part of those seven players recently offloaded by newly appointed head coach of the porcupines Prosper Nartey Ogum as he feels cannot work with the player.

Habib, who nicked as Thuram is expected to terminate his contract with the Warriors after joining the club back in January 2019 from regional rivals Ashanti Gold after his two year deal with the minners had come to an end.

For his exploit with the Asante club, he is famously remembered for his heated argument with then head coach Johnson Smith following his substituton in the first half on a league match which Kotoko won against King Faisals at Techiman in the just ended Ghana premier league.
