Prince Yaw Owusu, Coach of Asante Kotoko SC, has been fined GHS 10,000 and formally warned by the GFA Disciplinary Committee for misconduct following Asante Kotoko SC’s Ghana Premier League game against Bibiani Goldstars FC.
He was found guilty of unsporting behaviour towards match officials after confronting the officials in an aggressive and improper manner during the said game.
The fine is to be paid within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision.
Meanwhile, the charge against Karim Zito has been withdrawn after further review of the available evidence, and he has been duly informed.
