PRESS RELEASE: CAF warns Ghana and Gabon for unsporting behavior

The CAF Disciplinary Board has warned Ghana and Gabon for demonstrating unsporting behavior after the final whistle of their Group C clash at the Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo, Yaounde which ended 1-1 in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon on Friday evening.

The incident saw both sides fighting each other after the final whistle, and at last Ghanaian player Benjamin Tetteh was suspended for three games after the VAR captured him punching the face of the Gabon player.

The CAF Disciplinary Committee had a meeting on Saturday morning to deliberate on several incidents that have occurred at the ongoing AFCON.
