Our Performance Has Put Ghana Back On The Map – Kurt Okraku

President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Kurt Okraku believes the performance of the Blackstars in recent times has put Ghana on the world stage again.

The Blackstars qualified for the world cup after a vital 1-1 draw against Nigeria in Abuja saw them through to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Kurt Okraku was addressing the state of Ghana football since he took office On GTV Sports Plus with Karl Tuffour.

Prior to the Blackstars playoff the team’s squad was not made to the public as usually done until two days before the game before was announced.

And Kurt Okraku said:

The Blackstars will be looking forward to bettering their world cup performances after they were placed in Group H alongside Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea.
