Asante Kotoko teenager, Matthew Anim Cudjoe has stated his readiness to the player for the senior national team despite his young age.

In an exclusive interview with Asempa Fm in Accra, the 17-year-old said representing your nation at that level is not about age but how ready you are mental, offering a huge challenge to Black Stars coach CK Akonnor.

” I have played for the Under-20 before and I did very well. I am ready to play for the Black Stars.”

“It’s not about age. It’s about mentality. I know they will call me. I want him (C.K Akonnor) to call me. I have confidence that he will call me to play for the Black Stars.”
