Mudasiru Salifu’s Farewell Message to the Asante Kotoko Fraternity

“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I bid farewell to this great club. For the past 4 years, Asante Kotoko has been my home, and its people, my family.

I want to first thank His Royal Majesty Otumfour Osei Tutu ll and the board for allowing me to realize my dream of playing for one of the biggest clubs in Africa. You showed faith in me from the start and supported my development as a player and a man over these 4 years.

To the management team and coaches, thank you for always pushing me to improve and for instilling the values and spirit that make Kotoko so special. Your guidance has shaped me on and off the pitch.

To my teammates – it has been an honor to take the pitch with you all. Thank you for the bond we shared and for pushing each other to be our best.
I will cherish the memories of our victories and learning from our defeats together.

And finally, to the amazing Kotoko supporters – your passion is unmatched, and it has been an honor to play for you. In the highs and lows, you were always there cheering us on as the 12th man. I will never forget celebrating our victories together at Baba Yara Stadium. Though my time here has come to an end, Kotoko will forever have a place in my heart. You gave me so much, and I hope I’ve been able to give back and make you proud over these past 4 years.
Wherever my career takes me next, I will carry the spirit of Kotoko with me. Thank you for everything he added.

Cc: Ansah Daywalker”
