Match Report: Black Galaxies cruise over Nigeria.

The Championship of African Nations (CHAN) final qualification ahead of the WAFU Zone B came off today at the Cape Coast stadium between Black Galaxies and the Atlas of Nigeria.

Coach Annor walker paraded a strong starting eleven, making only one change to the line up that won against Benin.

The Black Galaxies had a tough first half as the Nigerians dictated the game so well but wasn’t able to find the back of the net due to the resilience of the defenders.

The first department of the game didn’t see a lot of intensity from both teams which saw the game ending in a stalemate in the first half.

Back from recess,both coaches deployed different tactics which could help them get a favourable results. Daniel Afriyie Barnieh scored from the spot on the 49th minute to put the Galaxies Infront.

The Nigerians were still pushing for the equalizer after conceding the first goal but was to no avail.

With some few minutes to end the game,Suraj seidu tapped home from a cross from David Abagna to extend the lead for the Black Galaxies.

The Game ended 2-0 in favor of Black Galaxies.

The outcome of the second league will decide which country who will go to Algeria for the WAFU tournament this year.
