Leeds United of the English Championship is considering a deal to sign Ghanaian international Joseph Paintsil from KRC Genk.

Genk would accept offers around €10 million (£8.5 million), as Daniel Farke frantically seeks to reinforce his attack per multiple sources.

After losing players like Rodrigo Moreno since their relegation from the Premier League, club veteran Patrick Bamford is still dealing with injury problems, and Georginio Rutter’s future is still up in the air, Leeds are in need of new offensive vigour.

In the upcoming summer transfer window, Italian team Fiorentina has joined English Championship side Leeds United in the hunt for Ghanaian international Joseph Paintsil.

It’s going to be a real transfer war between the two sides who have shown interest in the Ghanaian Forward

Last season Painstil scored a total of 17 goals for his club in 36 games and he’s aiming to better that tally this season.

He has already scored 2 goals in 4 games this season
