Justice Blay among 3 shortlisted Kotoko best players in January

Former Sekondi Eleven Wise and Sekondi Hasaacas player Justice Nkuku Blay has been shortlisted amongst the best players of January for Kumasi Asante Kotoko for his outstanding performance.

The on loan midfielder from Medeama SC has been very instrumental this season for the porcupine warriors scoring a goal and given assists. His defensive abilities in the midfield has played a part in Asante Kotoko’s current form. In terms of surging forward when it matters, Justice Blay is a nightmare for the defense of his opponent.

The versatile midfielder will be facing competition from Asante Kotoko assistant captain and winger Emmanuel Gyamfi and right back Christopher Nettey for the Asante Kotoko Player of the month of January award.

An official statement from the club states “After a largely positive start to 2020 for the Porcupines, the poll to name our Player for the Month of January is now open.”
