John Antwi and Justice Blay snubbed as C.K Akunnor names 23 players for Sudan clash

The head coach of the senior national team, C.K Akunnor has revealed his 23 man squad ahead of the African Cup Of Nations Qualifiers with Sudan.

John Antwi who has been a torn in the flesh of the defenders of the Egyptian league was overlooked which raised a lot of questions about the potency of the attack of the national team. Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfield dynamo Justice Blay who no doubt is the best midfielder in the Ghana Premier league was also snubbed.

Ghana Black Stars will be playing the first league of the AFCON 2021 qualifiers game as hosts to Sudan on Friday March 27th 2020 and return league as visitors on Monday, March 30th 2020.
