I’m around If you need advice- Asamoah Gyan tells young players

Former Black Starscaptain, Asamoah Gyan has opened his doors to young footballers seeking advice to excel in their careers.

Following his return from South Africa, he told Tv3, he is ready to offer advice to any footballer especially the young ones to help them succeed.

“Definitely, anytime we see them we try to give our advice. It’s up to them too, whether they take it or not. There are a lot of people who look up to me, there are a lot of young ones coming out, seeing me on the screens. So anytime anyone needs my advice, I am around,” said Asamoah Gyan.

The 36-year-old, who recently ended his punditry job with South African TV channel Super Sports, is set to return to the field for a final shot at his illustrious career.

The former Sunderland player remains Ghana’s all-time leading scorer with 51 goals from 109 appearances for the Black Stars. His career has seen him globetrot, playing for several clubs including Udinese and Stade Rennes in Europe and Al Ain and Shanghai SIPG in Asia
