I want to tap into Bashir Hayford’s coaching skill – Ex Kotoko defender, Joe Hendricks

Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender, Joe Hendricks has revealed that he wants to be like former Asante Kotoko gaffer, Bashir Hayford.

According to Hendricks, he admire the coaching strategy of the former Black queens coach and would love to tap into his skills as a young coach.

“I have worked as a player under a lot of coaches such as David Duncan, Coach Abdul Razak and Bashir Hayford. I will prefer to tap into the coaching methods of Bashir Hayford”

“He (Bashir Hayford) is someone I have a lifelong respect for. How he communicates makes the job easy for a player on the pitch.”

“If a coach is unable to have a cordial relationship with his players, they can sabotage you. I want to use Bashir Hayford’s strategy”,he told Sky FM.

The former Asante Kotoko skipper is now the head coach of Shama District Football Associations U13 team.
