Hudson-Odoi reveals he hasn’t made a decision yet to switch his Nationality to Ghana

Winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, who was recently signed by Nottingham Forest, said he is still debating whether to play for Ghana at the senior national level.

Under the direction of Steve Cooper, the young attacker captured the Under-17 World Cup in 2017.

Hudson-Odoi made his Chelsea debut in January 2018 and has since made 126 appearances for the club. During his stint with the senior team, he has won the Champions League, Europa League, FIFA Club World Cup, and UEFA Super Cup.

In a recent interview, the young forward has revealed that he hasn’t made a decision to switch his nationality to play for Ghana.

“That decision hasn’t been made yet. I’m still thinking it over. Ghana is a very good option but let’s wait and see,” he told The Telegraph.

“Hopefully, once I start playing games here, maybe Gareth [Southgate] or Ghana will come. It’s a nice position to be in and hopefully, sooner or later we will know,” the winger who spent last season on loan at Bayer Leverkusen added.
