GPL Week 15 preview: WAFA vs Bibiani Gold Stars

WAFA host Bibiani Gold Stars in week 15 of the 2021/2022 season, with so much at stake for both clubs.

The host team WAFA, are currently in 17th position, having amassed just 14 points after 14 games. This means that they are averaging 1 point per game in the season.

While having one of the least point tally in the league, WAFA also have a poor goal difference this season as they have scored eight and conceded 14.

They will however want to improve on their last three results which has seen them pick up three out of 9 points.

On the back of a crucial win against Legon Cities last week, Gold Stars will be hoping to pick up all three points against WAFA.

Last week’s win took their tally to 16 points after 14 games, but that was not even enough to secure from safety.

A defeat tomorrow could see them drop into the relegation zone.
