Gladson Awako saga – Hearts Of Oak finally apologize to Great Olympics

Ghana premier league power house, Accra Hearts Of Oak has in an official communique written to city rivals Great Olympics to exercise a bit restraint pending the club’s inability to have make full payment of the transfer of Gladson Awako as per the agreed time between both clubs.

In a letter signed by the finance and TMS manager of the famous club in response to a letter which previously was sent to the Ghana football association from Great Olympics, erging the association to enforce clause 5 of the transfer of the aforementioned player between they ‘Olympics and Hearts Of Oak suggest steps are underway to ensure payment of the balance for the transfer of the former TP Mazembe star.









Gladson Awako, since his move from Great Olympics to Hearts Of Oak after the end of 2020/21 season where as a player, he had a sentilating campaign is yet to make an official debut for the Ghanian heavyweight which amidst the letter, it is declared partly failure of Olympics also to have responded to a request for the registration of the ex national under-20 world cup winner in the Domestic Transfer Matching System which makes him ineligible to feature for the club as in the ongoing 2021/22 GPL.
