Ghana’s 20 Man Squad For WAFU B In Niger Out

The Black Satellites will be looking forward to defending their title in Niger this year. Ghana’s 20 man squad for the tournament is out.

Ghana won the WAFU with the likes of Afriyie Barnieh and Issahaku. Ghana’s 20 man squad has The team strength to defend the title in Niger. A competition of 16 teams from member states.

WAFU tournament is participated by only West African Countries. Ghana became the first country to win the tournament twice in the competition’s history. Before snatching it from Senegal, the Black Starlets had failed to win it.

Anane Vicent of Legon Cities will be competing with  Gregory Obeng Sekyre ( Berekum Chelsea) and Nana Yeboah ( Hearts Of Oaks) for the number one spot.

Right-back are Narh Gilbert (Golden Strikers), Augustine Agyeapong ( Kotoko) and Favour Akweh ( Sempafi) These are the right-backs trusted to do the job for Ghana.

In attack, Mustapha Yakubu (Hearts of Lions), Zubeiru Ibrahim (King Faisal), Anor Emmanuel (Bechem United),  Mohammed Yahaya (Tamale City) and Alex Opoku (Benab FC)
