Ghanaian midfielder Roberto Massimo Signs for SpVgg Greuther Fürth

Ghanaian midfielder Roberto Massimo has joined German second division side SpVgg Greuther Fürth on a free transfer after his contract with VfB Stuttgart expired.

The 23-year-old winger brings Bundesliga experience to the Kleeblatt, having made 58 appearances for Stuttgart, scoring 2 goals and contributing 3 assists.

Massimo started his youth career with Arminia Bielefeld before moving to Stuttgart at 17. He made his professional debut at 17 for Bielefeld and later featured in the Bundesliga for Stuttgart at 19.

The Ghanaian-born also gained experience abroad with a loan spell at Portuguese side Académico de Viseu. Additionally, Massimo has represented Germany at the U19 and U21 levels, showcasing his potential on the international stage.
