The Black Stars moved up one place on latest FIFA ranking but are still out of Africa’s top ten countries.

Ghana held the Super Eagles to a 1-1 draw which secured them a spot at the Mundial in Qatar this year’s after qualifying with 1-1 aggregate.

Despite their qualification to the World Cup in Qatar, the Black Stars is still missing in the top ten African countries.

In the latest ranking released by FIFA on Thursday for March, Ghana continues to be out of the best 10 teams in Africa but has moved one place up globally.

Ghana currently occupy 60th position in the World and 11th spot in Africa.

Meanwhile, AFCON winners, Senegal remain at the top followed by Morocco, Nigeria, Egypt and Tunisia respectively to complete the top five.
