Frederick Moore outlines his priorities as Hearts Of Oak Chief

Chief Executive Officer of Accra Hearts of Oak Frederick Moore has revealed a list of things he needs to get done to be remembered in the history of the Great club.

It is no secret that Accra Hearts of Oak are not what they used to be some few years back, even though they are still respected as one of the greatest clubs to emerge from the country, they have absolutely lost their fear factor.

Federick Moore has been entrusted with the objective to return Phobia to the pinnacle of Ghanaian football.

The C.E.O has spent more than a year with the Accra-based club having replaced his predecessor Mark Noona in March 2019.

Moore with his desire to cement his name in the history of the decorated club has defined three things which will enable him to do so.

Speaking to Twifuman Sports,“everything I do is about the club, every organisation I work in, there’re three things I am determined to do”.

“The first thing is to make progress. Wherever the organisation is, I want progress to happen…that is very important”

“We are a football club, our core business is football, so if we don’t win trophies I haven’t done anything…I know people talk about sponsorship, they talk about training they talk about a lot of things…but if we don’t win trophies I haven’t anything”.

“The third thing is make the supporters happy, get to a position where supporters are coming to a game and like before they wont ask whether hearts won or not but how many goals hearts scored.

Football is a team work, not an individual game, so each part of the group of the football club and if we do that success will come easy” he added
