Former Hearts of Oak striker dies in Bangladesh

Former Hearts of Oak striker Frank Twum Ntim has succumbed to death after a short illness in Bangladesh.

Frank Twum was apprehended by the Bangladesh police along with fellow countryman Richard Dzifa Appiae in January this year for the possession of 7,500 pieces of Yaba tablets.

With a mixture of methamphetamine and caffeine, the illegal use of the drug has caused quite a number of challenges in some of the Asian countries and a couple of African countries as well.

It is believed that the deceased was rushed to the hospital after complaining of illness earlier this week.Twum lost his battle with the unknown disease on Friday the 1st of May 2020.

The cause of his demise is not yet known, with reports indicating that an autopsy will be done on the Ghanaian to determine the cause of his death.
