First Lady’s cup: Hasaacas ladies vs Ampem Darkoa Ladies match preview

Another day for women’s football, another moment that will never come again, history making day for the ladies involve and record setting day.

This feeling will remain the same and the players involve will forever remain in the history book as they take on each other in a maiden edition of the First Lady’s cup at the Accra sports stadium.

Hasaacas ladies have met with Ampem Darkoa ladies three (3) times already in the year 2021 and in all the three previous meetings, Hasaacas ladies came out victorious.

Today December 10/ 2021, these two power houses will appear on the green turf again to challenge themselves for another trophy.

Hasaacas Ladies are enjoying good football with world recognition as they went all the way to the finals of the maiden edition of CAF women’s champions league, won the Ghana women’s premier league title, FA cup and also the maiden edition of women’s premier super cup and then WAFU zone B women’s championship.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies emerge as the champions of the Northern zone which qualify them to play in the competition.

Already, Hasaacas Ladies have won two trophies at the expense of Ampem Darkoa Ladies. Wining the women’s premier league title against them, FA cup trophy against them and also walked pass them at the semifinals of the women’s premier super cup.

This is the first time these two sides are meeting in this competition. Will it be a revenge for the Northern zone champions or the Southern zone champions will continue their superiority over the Northern zone champions.
