Erling Haaland Moving To New Club, Lewandowski Still Waiting As Kessié Closes In To Barca

It is getting to the summer transfer window and clubs are looking up to beef up their squads.

Soccanews.com gives a low down on Top 5 transfers deals to expect in the pipeline.

Erling Haaland will decide his next club very soon. It’s matter of weeks. Paying the release clause is not an issue – no meeting with BVB is needed for any club. It’s only up to Haaland now. The decision will include many factors: project, manager & not only money.

2. Xavi Hernández was key in the negotiations for Kessié to Barcelona. Franck’s more than excited – turning down two Premier League bids with higher salary to join Barça. Contract not signed yet but verbal agreement sealed.

3. Jonathan David, definitely one to watch in UCL and in the summer. He will leave Lille – transfer will surely happen, ongoing process. He’s on the list for 10 European top clubs. Full focus on UCL and one part away from qualifying to Qatar 2022 with Canada this month.

4. Mazraoui tells RTL7: “Nothing has been completed yet with Barcelona, not even nearly. Otherwise I’d be honest”.

Barça proposal for €5m add ons included is on the table, club confident. FCB director Jordi Cruyff was in Amsterdam but not to sign Mazraoui contracts yet.

5. New deal in the summer or Robert Lewandowski will be prepared to leave Bayern immediately, even if his current contract expires in 2023.

The situation has not changed and there are still no talks between club and agents.
