Division 2 league opening week rescheduled

The Congress of the Western Region football Association have postponed the the opening weekend of the 2019-20 division two(2) league to the 28-30th March,2020.

The initial start date of the league was 21-22 March but after further deliberations congress unanimously agreed on the new date.

Western region has over sixty(60) clubs across thirteen(13) district,the ultimate winner of the competition automatically qualify for the 2020-20 division one(1),Second placed club qualify for the inaugural inter region division two(2) tourney.

After a lot of deliberation by both clubs and the western regional football association, the division 2 league will officially commence on  28-30th March,2020 after both parties agreed.
