Crystal Palace Manager Cautious of Mohammed Kudus Threat in West Ham Clash

Kudus
Renowned Ghana legend Rev Osei Kofi has lauded the talents of Mohammed Kudus, comparing his prowess on the field to iconic players such as Lionel Messi and Ghanaian greats Mohammed Polo and Abedi Pele.

Crystal Palace manager, Oliver Glasner, is bracing himself for a tough encounter against West Ham’s potent attack on April 21st.  Singling out Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus as a particular threat, Glasner acknowledged West Ham’s overall offensive strength: “When you see their offense with Bowen, with Antonio, the physicality, Souček always making the runs in the box. Kudus, a brilliant one-to-one player, Paqueta, a fantastic player… they have a lot of strength, and we have to be ready for this game.”

Kudus, a versatile attacking midfielder known for his physicality and ability to play across multiple positions, has impressed in his first Premier League season with West Ham. The former Ajax star boasts a commendable record of seven goals and four assists in just 28 league appearances.

Kudus brings creativity and goal-threat to West Ham’s attack. His ability to take on defenders and create chances for himself and teammates makes him a dangerous force in the final third.

Crystal Palace, currently positioned 15th in the standings, will face a significant challenge in containing Kudus and the rest of West Ham’s attacking force. With West Ham comfortably sitting in 8th and aiming for European qualification, the upcoming match promises an intriguing clash with Kudus potentially stealing the show. The London derby kicks off at 14:00 GMT.
