Coaching Blackstars is like coaching a second division team –   Richard Olele kingston

Former Blackstars goalkeeper and now current goalkeeper’s trainer – Richard ‘Olele” Kingston has stated that coaching the Ghana National team is like coaching a division two team and is bigger than that.

According to the former goalkeeper, his competence and skills are far above the National teams hence he wants to coach a team of his standard.

As revealed by Olele, his ambition is to coach Spanish giants FC Barcelona or any team of such class and not Blackstars which he sees as a division two team.

Speaking to 3Sports, the former Blackpool and Wigan goalkeeper said, coaching the national team is nothing “extraordinary.”

Olele further declared it is his dream to Coach Spanish giant FC Barcelona in the future.

“I want to coach Barcelona because I know I have what it takes to do it.

“So coaching Black Stars is not something extraordinary,” he said.

“Even coaching Black Stars is something like coaching second division or third division,” the former Black Stars goalkeeper’s trainer said.

Many Ghanaians has blasted the former goalkeeper for calling the National team as a decision two team.
