The anticipation mounts as the Black Stars prepare to learn its opponents in the upcoming 2025. Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.

The draw will take place on July 4, 2024, at SuperSport Studios in Johannesburg, South Africa, starting at 12:30 GMT.

The draw will feature a total of 48 nations, including the recent winners from the preliminary round. Chad, Eswatini, Liberia, and South Sudan. These teams will be divided into 12 groups of four. Each aiming to secure a coveted spot in the prestigious AFCON tournament.

Among the confirmed participants are reigning African champions Cote d’Ivoire, Algeria, Egypt, and Morocco. Along with other formidable nations like Senegal, Nigeria, and Cameroon. The draw promises an exciting lineup of matches as teams vie for qualification to the AFCON 2025, which Morocco will host.
