Black Stars Striker Raphael Dwamena Overcomes Heart Disease, Begins Full Training With Club.

Black Stars striker Raphael Dwamena has begun training with club side Real Zaragoza in Spain after suffering a heart problem.

 

The young striker in October 2019 was ruled out of action indefinitely after suffering an unspecified heart problem in Spain.

However, Dwamena successfully went through a surgery in January this year and has officially returned to training today with Real Zaragoza.

Premier League side Brighton in 2017 pulled out of a 15m euro deal to sign Dwamena from FC Zurich after the Ghanaian failed his medical, following a suspected heart problem.

Dwamena joined Real Zaragoza in 2019 on loan from Levante and will be hoping to compete when football returns I’m Spain.
