Black Stars Gear Up for Glory: Training Camp in South Africa Ahead of 34th AFCON Tournament

Black Stars set to camp in South Africa ahead of 34th Edition of AFCON tournament.

Ghana Football Association through its communication department has disclosed to the public that Black stars will be camping in South Africa in gearing up for the 2023 AFCON tournament in Ivory Coast.

Ahead of that, management has set December 31, 2023, as a reporting date for invited players for the camping.

According to GFA, the Black Stars will be playing a friendly game against Botswana in Johannesburg to prepare the team well for the tournament.

Black Stars will leave South Africa for Cote d’Ivoire on January 10, 2024.

Ghana’s first game will be against Cape Verde on Sunday 14,2024 followed by Mozambique and Egypt on the 18th and 22nd respectively.
