Berekum Chelsea Disowns Club CEO

Berekum Chelsea Football Club has distanced itself from comments made by the Club Chief Executive Mr Oduro Sarfo on Accra-based Angel FM on Monday.

The Club in a statement has also rendered apology to stakeholders Mr Sarfo’s comments have defamed including the Berekum Municipal Assembly.

The alleged comments by the CEO allegedly denigrated and indicted the Berekum Municipal Assembly leaders for the poor state of the Golden City Park.

Following Berekum Chelsea’s match day two home match with Asante Kotoko, a picture of the poor state of the Golden City Park went viral on social media forcing many fans to lament over the situation.
