Award-winning Ghanaian rapper names Hearts of Oak anthem as the biggest in Ghana

Award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Kwesi Arthur has described Hearts of Oak’s anthem as the biggest club anthem in the history of Ghana football.

Speaking on Accra based Happy FM as to whether he would compose a song for the rainbow club, the Tema based rapper revealed that the club’s existing anthem is already the biggest in the country.

“Hearts of Oak already have a song. I don’t think there would be any song that will ever beat it. It’s a very spiritual song”

“I have been a Hearts of Oak fan since young. We grew up in Tema Community 9. My dad supports Kotoko but in the area where I lived whenever Hearts of Oak is playing the vibe was something”, he added.

Kwesi further assured fans of his desire to avail himself to watch games of his darling club.

“I am not an active supporter but I still support it in my heart. Am ever ready to attend their games”.

Kwesi Arthur’s released an album in April, titled ‘Son of Jacob’ and it continues to make airwaves in the country and beyond.
