ASANTE KOTOKO NEW COACH BARRETO SPEAKS AHEAD OF GPL RETURNS

Ghanaians football giant Kumasi Asante kotoko new head coach Marriano Barreto has said his club is not scoring because they are not creating more chances

Barreto joins the purcupine family last month after agreeing a three year contract with the club

Some section of the club supporters questions his time of arrival because according to them the was not favourable to the team

But the new gaffer is believe his side scoring rate is low because they are not creating many chances in a game

There are so many things to change our team cant score only 13 goals in 16 matches so we are trying to change this fact he said

If we are not scoring more goals, it probably means we aren’t creating more chances Barreto added

He further indicated that the club best goalscorer left the club so they have to try other players

Barreto will start his journey on Saturday when the team face techiman Eleven wonders in techiman.
