Asante Kotoko and Hearts Of Oak London game likely to be cancelled due to corona virus

The independence day game between 2 of the biggest clubs in Ghana which is slated for 11th April 2020 is likely to be cancelled due to the outbreak of a deadly virus known as the corona virus.

The clash between Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko was supposed to be played on 8th March 2020 but was rescheduled to 11th April 2020 due to a heavy downpour.

Organizers of the game that will be staged at the Barnet stadium in London are yet to release an official statement regarding the cancellation but are still monitoring proceedings on the deadly virus according to reports.

Even though London has not officially recorded an outbreak of the deadly disease, the organisers will be taking precautions as human lives are at stake.

Already, the President of Ghana his excellency Nana Akuffo Addo has suspended all foreign travels of all public officials.
