Asamoah Gyan issues a rallying cry to Ghanaian celebrities in the wake of the corona virus outbreak

Asamoah Gyan has pleaded with all celebrities in the county to provide assistance to the less fortunate in the society amidst the corona virus outbreak.

Asamoah Gyan acknowledged the fact that the government cannot tackle this crisis single-handedly and will be needing our assistance as we try to curb the spread of the disease.

He also mentioned that this is the best time for our celebrities to do something worthwhile for the community.

The former black starts captain further urged all Ghanaians to to keep calm and avoid panicking even though the current situation is a major cause for concern.

“As an icon, people look up to me. I urge all celebrities, all those who are fortunate, let’s give back to the community because this is the time that people need us. People need our support,”Asamoah Gyan said.

“Let’s do this to help the government because the government cannot do this alone. We can’t depend on the government, these are our lives. We have to protect one another; we have to stick together.”

“Let’s take precaution, stay at home, use your hand sanitizers, let’s do everything possible to protect ourselves,” He added.
