Your argument lacks legal backings – GFA head of communications

Head of Communications at the Ghana Football Association has stated that people making arguments about the disbursement of the FIFA relief fund has no legal backing.

Speaking on Kumasi based Light FM, Mr Asante revealed that the Ghana football association did no wrong allocating some portion of the FIFA covid relief fund to the media, PFAG and other institutions.

“Stage 3 from the FIFA documents has been designed in order to deliver additional support reflective of the identified need to further assist both MA’s and the wider football communities, so what is the crime of the FA allocating some of the money to the media, PFAG, securities and other institutions?”, he quizzed.

“They should seek for proper answers to their questions rather than hovering around speaking on radio without any concrete basis”, he added.
